Before shipping your item, please carefully review the return conditions below.

RETURN PERIOD

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order.

Returns sent after the 10-day return period will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned items must be:

• Unworn
• Clean
• Undamaged
• With all original tags attached
• Free from any odors

Underwear, bodysuits, and piercing jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Swimwear and bikinis cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

RETURN COSTS

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any customs duties, import fees, processing charges, or other additional costs that may arise during the return process are also the responsibility of the customer.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR RETURN

You may use any courier service that provides international tracking.

You may use FedEx, UPS, DHL, Aramex, or a local postal service in your country that provides international tracking.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMS INSTRUCTIONS

When completing the customs declaration form with your courier, please clearly mark the shipment as:

“RETURNED MERCHANDISE”

The product description and declared value on the customs form must be completed accurately and in accordance with the requirements of the courier company and the customs regulations of the relevant country.

If the shipment is not marked as “Returned Merchandise,” it may be held at customs, returned to the sender, or subject to additional customs/import charges.

Any additional charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and, where applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount.

AFTER SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

Once you have shipped the package, please send us the Tracking Number and the name of the courier company.

You can provide this information by replying to the email you received regarding your return.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Once your return package reaches us, the item will undergo a quality control inspection.

Please allow 10–14 days for the return process to be completed.

You will receive an email confirmation once the process has been completed.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for your order.
