IN-STORE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

At WHATIFBRAND, we believe that your online shopping experience should be as clear, accurate, and transparent as possible. We recommend reviewing the following information before completing your purchase.

PRODUCT COLORS

We use professional photography to represent our product colors as accurately as possible.

However, slight variations in color tone may occur due to screen settings, the device you are using, lighting conditions, and the photography environment.

For example, the same shade of beige, brown, grey, or burgundy may appear slightly lighter, darker, warmer, or cooler on different screens. These minor variations may result from the way the actual color of a product is displayed and perceived digitally.

If you believe that you have received a clearly different color from the one you ordered, please contact us. For example, if a black item was ordered and a red or blue item was delivered, the matter may be reviewed as an incorrect shipment.

SIZE & FIT

Every design has its own cut, fit, and silhouette. For this reason, sizing and the way a garment fits may vary from one style to another.

The size guide available on our website is intended as a general reference. The same size may fit differently depending on whether a style is oversized, slim fit, regular fit, or designed with a particular silhouette.

If you are between sizes or unsure which size to choose, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order.

You may share your height, bust, waist, and hip measurements with us, and we will be happy to help you select the most suitable size.

MODEL INFORMATION

The height, clothing size, and body measurements of the models featured in our product photography may vary.

Our photoshoots generally feature models wearing EU sizes 34 and 36.

The way a garment appears on a model may vary depending on height, body shape, proportions, and the way the item is styled or worn. Therefore, the same garment may naturally appear different from one person to another.

Where specific model measurements or sizing information are provided on a product page, these details may be used as an additional reference for that particular item.

FABRIC & COMPOSITION

The fabric composition of each item is clearly stated on its product page.

We recommend reviewing the fabric composition and any available care instructions before completing your purchase.

Natural and specialty fabrics may show slight variations in weave, texture, surface appearance, or color tone. In particular, certain minor variations found in linen, cotton, wool, silk, and other natural fibers may be part of the natural character of the material.

If fabric composition or texture is especially important to you, please contact us before placing your order.

PRODUCT MEASUREMENTS

As product measurements are taken manually, minor measurement variations may occur.

Two people who usually wear the same size may have different heights, body proportions, and body shapes, which can affect how the same garment fits and appears.

For this reason, we recommend considering not only your usual clothing size but also the item's fit, measurements, and any specific information provided in the product description.

PRODUCT IMAGES, STYLING & PRICING

Shoes, bags, jewelry, belts, and other complementary items or accessories used for styling in our product photography may not be included with the item being purchased unless specifically stated in the product description.

If several items appear in one image but the product title and description identify only one item, the displayed price should be understood as applying to that specific item.

If a product is sold as a set or coordinated outfit, this will be clearly stated in the product title and/or product description.

Jackets, trousers, skirts, shirts, tops, and other pieces that are not specifically identified as part of a set may be offered and sold separately.

PRODUCT DETAILS

We make every effort to represent details such as buttons, zippers, trims, stitching, fabric texture, and other design elements as accurately as possible.

As a natural part of the production process, very minor detail variations may occasionally occur between different production batches of the same style. Where such variations do not affect the overall appearance or essential design of the product, they may be considered natural production variations.

If you believe that there is a noticeable difference affecting the product's model, color, size, or essential design characteristics, please contact us.

BEFORE YOU PURCHASE

If you have any questions regarding size, fit, fabric, color, measurements, or product details, we encourage you to contact us before completing your order.

We will be happy to provide additional information and assist you in making the most suitable choice.

OUR APPROACH TO TRANSPARENT SHOPPING

At WHATIFBRAND, we want our customers to feel confident and satisfied with their choices when their orders arrive. For this reason, we choose to provide as much clear, detailed, and transparent information about our products as possible.

Every customer and every order matters to us. We also understand that misunderstandings regarding sizing, color, fabric, or product details may create unnecessary time, additional procedures, and costs for both the customer and the brand.

The purpose of this guide is not to make the return process more difficult. Our aim is to help our customers understand the product as accurately as possible before purchasing, choose the right item and size, and enjoy a smoother shopping experience.

We also believe that more informed purchasing decisions can help reduce unnecessary shipments and returns. Every additional shipment involves transportation, repackaging, logistics, and the use of additional resources. For this reason, we believe that reducing avoidable returns is not only beneficial for our customers and our brand, but also a more responsible approach from an environmental perspective.

Our goal is to provide an easy and enjoyable shopping experience built on clear information, informed product choices, and mutual trust.

CONNECTION TO OUR RETURN POLICY

This Online Shopping Guide has been prepared to help you understand our products as accurately as possible before completing your purchase.

The information provided in this guide regarding color variations, size and fit, product measurements, fabric characteristics, model presentation, styling, pricing, and product details may, where relevant, be taken into consideration as supporting information when reviewing a return, exchange, or incorrect-shipment request.

For example, minor color variations caused by lighting or screen settings, differences in how a garment appears on different body types, or the natural characteristics of certain fabrics may be considered together with the product description and order details when reviewing a request.

This guide does not replace our Return Policy and does not, on its own, determine return eligibility. Matters relating to returns, exchanges, incorrectly shipped items, defective or damaged items, sale/final-sale items, return timeframes, shipping costs, and refund procedures are handled in accordance with the applicable Return Policy published on our website.

We therefore recommend reviewing both our Online Shopping Guide and our Return Policy before completing your purchase.

Our aim is to provide clear information about our products and processes before you place an order, helping make the shopping experience as understandable and seamless as possible for both our customers and WHATIFBRAND.

LEGAL NOTICE

This Online Shopping Guide is provided for product and shopping information purposes and should be read together with the policies published on our website.

Returns, refunds, cancellations, shipping, incorrectly shipped items, defective or damaged products, and other order-related matters are handled in accordance with the applicable WHATIFBRAND policies in effect at the time the order is placed.

In the event of any inconsistency between this guide and our Return Policy, the applicable Return Policy will govern the return and refund process.
