Return conditions: Items must be clean, unworn, and with all original tags attached. Underwear, bodysuits, and piercing jewelry can only be returned if faulty. Swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact

Courier selection: For a faster and more reliable process, we recommend returning your order with the same courier it was delivered (FedEx, UPS, or DHL)
